Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations due to limited slots; however, your downpayments are 100% consumable. Yes, you can reschedule an order given you inform us at least 2 days before. For orders that had been made and need to be rescheduled, we can chill your cakes up to 3 days only.
If you are slow to respond, 3rd party couriers require waiting fees. However, if they have next scheduled deliveries, they will proceed to the next location and will risk you paying for another delivery fee. For soft icing cakes, the drivers will return them to our shop to prevent damage. We will only rebook your delivery once you reach out to us. Delivery fee might be higher for on-the-day bookings.
CODs can be arranged, but couriers require extra fees, and large amounts are hardly accepted. We prefer online bank transfers. Don’t forget to send us proof of payments.

Our cakes are buttercakes, pound cakes, and moist cakes. They are dense cakes made with high-quality ingredients.
We do have chiffon cakes only in stated selected packages.
The type of icing is tailored to complement the design of your cake. We have 3 types of icing: MARSHMALLOW, BUTTERCREAM, and FONDANT. Some designs can only be achieved by a specific type of icing, and you will be advised by our staff. If you decide to use a different type, please expect a difference in the finish of your cake. Rest assured, we will do our best to make it delightful.
Yes, we accept rush orders! However, the feasibility of your design will depend on the specifics of your request. Once you share your design ideas with us, we will inform you about what we can accommodate within the limited time frame. Our goal is to ensure you receive a beautiful cake, even on short notice!
